Testing the Pipeline

Why we built this

We wanted a writing workflow that starts in Obsidian and ends on the website. No copy-pasting, no reformatting, no switching between five tabs.

This post exists to prove the pipeline works. If you're reading it on the site, it did.

How it works

1. Write in Obsidian with frontmatter templates
2. Move the file to 02-ready/ when it's done
3. Run the sync script
4. The post appears in Payload CMS, fully formatted, with all the metadata intact

Simple as that. One command, zero friction.
