Get out of maintenance mode and into growth mode.
Most of a small business's time goes to upkeep. Chasing updates. Moving data between tools. Redoing the same manual work every week. That's maintenance mode, and it leaves nothing for growth.
My job is to flip that ratio. I apply AI methodically and strategically: find the operational process eating the most hours, build the solution that fixes it, and hand that time back. Then we go after the next one.

Yes. I can actually code.
And I still do. It was faster to write this line in the IDE than tell an agent to do it. But I digress.
I received a Computer science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, 2011. Don't calculate my age, please. Since then I've been a software engineer at Whole Foods Market, Favor, LCRA, and Therapy Austin, writing custom software to make their operations run more efficiently.
All of my experiences came down to the same thing: somebody was spending hours on a process that software could handle in minutes, so I built the software.
The greatest joy in my work is making someone's job easier. It always comes down to listening to their pain points, collaborating to find the solution, and ultimately giving them their time back.
