Sister Company

I don't hand you a strategy deck and wish you luck. I build the thing.

The Build.

Custom AI tools · 2–10 weeks · From $2,500

Start with The Assessment

How this works

Every Build begins with The Assessment.

Diagnosis before execution. The Assessment defines what gets built, how long it takes, and what it costs — before any money changes hands. No surprise scope, no guessing.

The Premise
[BD.02]

Real tools for real businesses.

Your Assessment identified the opportunities. The Build is where those become working tools. Not templates. Not off-the-shelf platforms configured by someone who doesn't know your business. Custom tools built for how your operation actually runs.

Who This Is For
[BD.03]

Portfolio-proven industries.

The industries I've built for, and what the work looks like in each.

Awae Retreats

A retreat brand that needed a Website, a Voice Framework, and an AI Content Workflow that could keep up with a small founding team. Started as a Build and continues as an ongoing design partnership.

Ca' di Campo

A Milan luxury wedding design studio. Website plus Voice Framework plus AI Content Workflow plus Newsletter + Email Integration. One system, one voice, one login. The most common Build package.

View case study

By and By Kids

A family CPG brand that needed a Voice Framework it could actually use, plus SEO and AEO content that sounds like the founder. Not like every other kids' brand on the shelf.

Other Industries
[BD.04]

Same principles, different industries.

Therapy

Full practice management system. Automated intake forms, caseload tracking, session notes assistance, room scheduling, therapist-client matching. Replaces 3 or 4 separate SaaS tools with one system built around how your practice actually operates.

Wellness and Spa

Unified booking, content, and client communication system. AI-generated marketing content trained on your brand's voice. Replaces HoneyBook plus Mailchimp plus Canva plus whatever booking tool you're currently fighting with.

Beauty and Skincare

Voice Framework that generates product descriptions, social captions, email campaigns, and blog posts that sound like the founder. Not like ChatGPT. Not like every other skincare brand. Like you.

Hospitality

Guest communication automation. AI-assisted responses, personalized pre-arrival sequences, review management. The kind of personal touch your guests expect, at the scale you actually need.

Real Estate

Listing description generator, market update automation, CRM integration with AI-powered follow-up sequences. The content you need to produce every week, generated in minutes instead of hours.

HVAC and Service

Dispatch optimization, automated customer follow-up, service report generation, scheduling system with AI-assisted routing. Less time on the phone, more time on the job.

What Gets Built
[BD.05]

A gallery of what's possible.

These aren't a menu. They're a gallery of what's possible. Your Build gets scoped in your Assessment.

Website + Voice Framework + AI Content Workflow + Newsletter Integration

The full stack for a founder-led brand. Custom website build, UI/UX, a Voice Framework trained on the founder, an AI Content Workflow that keeps producing in that voice, and a Newsletter + Email Integration wired through it all. One system, one voice, one login. $5,000 to $15,000.

Content generation system trained on your brand voice

Your voice, your tone, your way of saying things. An AI system that writes like you because it was trained on you. Social captions, blog posts, email campaigns. All in your voice, not ChatGPT's voice. $2,500 to $5,000.

Custom booking and scheduling with AI-powered client communication

One system that handles bookings, sends personalized confirmation and follow-up messages, and actually sounds like your business. Replaces the patchwork of tools you're currently duct-taping together. $3,000 to $7,000.

Website + AI Content Workflow + operational automation

A unified system. Your website, your content engine, and your back-office automation talking to each other. Not three separate vendors with three separate logins. $8,000 to $15,000.

Practice management rebuild with automated workflows

The big one. Caseload tracking, automated timesheets, room scheduling, client matching, reporting. Replaces 3 or 4 separate SaaS tools with one system built around how your practice actually works. $12,000 to $25,000.

AI-assisted proposal and report generation

For consulting and service businesses drowning in document creation. Feed it your data, get a polished proposal or report in your voice. Review, edit, send. What took 4 hours takes 30 minutes. $2,500 to $5,000.

Who Does The Work
[BD.06]

I do the work myself.

And here's the part that matters. I do the work myself. The build, the integrations, the content systems, the Voice Framework. Not a team of juniors. Not a rotating pool of subcontractors. The person who sat with you during your Assessment is the same person writing the code.

For design, I work with Great Jones when a project calls for a senior design lead. A small, named collaboration. Same on every project that has one. Never a handoff.

How It Works
[BD.07]

How a Build unfolds.
01

Assessment

We identify what to build and why. Every Build starts here.

02

Proposal

You receive a detailed scope document. Deliverables, timeline, and exact pricing. No ambiguity. You know what you're getting and what it costs before you commit.

03

Build

50% deposit starts the work. Regular check-ins so you see progress as it happens. No disappearing for six weeks and showing up with something you didn't ask for.

04

Delivery

Final delivery, walkthrough, and training. Balance due. You own everything. Code, content systems, integrations. All of it.

Pricing
[BD.08]

Why the price moves with the scope.

A wedding planner and a 30-person medical practice need different things. The Assessment defines the exact number for your business. Here’s how the ranges break down and why each one looks the way it does.

$2,500 – $5,000

2–3 weeks

Who it’s for

Founders doing it alone who need one tool that actually fits.

What you get

  • · One focused integration or tool
  • · Scoped from your Assessment
  • · Direct handoff, one login
  • · Solo cadence — we move fast

Why it costs what it costs

Base pricing. One system, one integration, weeks not months.

Most common

$5,000 – $12,000

3–6 weeks

Who it’s for

Small teams who need a website, voice framework, and content systems that actually talk to each other.

What you get

  • · Website + Voice Framework
  • · AI Content Workflow
  • · Newsletter + Email Integration
  • · Multiple systems integrated

Why it costs what it costs

More moving pieces. More integrations between tools. More check-ins as the system comes together.

$12,000 – $25,000

6–10 weeks

Who it’s for

Organizations that want AI woven through operations, not just the marketing side.

What you get

  • · Practice management or full ops rebuild
  • · Multiple integrated systems
  • · Team training included
  • · Custom workflows, custom everything

Why it costs what it costs

Custom infrastructure. Team training. Weeks of hands-on work replacing multiple SaaS tools with one system built around your business.

Payment. 50% deposit starts the work. Balance on delivery.

Scope. Defined upfront in your proposal. Additional work gets quoted separately before I do it. The number in your Assessment report is the number. No surprise bills.

What's Not Included
[BD.09]

No surprise line items.

The Build scope is defined in your proposal. If something new comes up (and it often does), I quote it separately before doing the work. No surprise line items. No "well, while you're at it" inflation.

I'm not an agency that buries scope creep in vague retainer terms. If it's not in the proposal, it's a separate conversation. You'll always know what you're paying for.

FAQ
[BD.10]

Common questions.
Do I need an Assessment first?+

Yes. The Build scope comes directly from Assessment recommendations. It's how we define what to build, how long it takes, and what it costs. Before any money changes hands.

How long does a Build take?+

2 to 10 weeks depending on scope. Solo projects (single integration) take 2-3 weeks. Growth projects (full infrastructure) take 6-10 weeks. Timeline is defined in your proposal.

What if I need changes after delivery?+

Small tweaks within the original scope are included. New features or significant changes get quoted as a separate project or folded into a Partnership.

Do I own what gets built?+

Yes. Everything delivered is yours. Code, content systems, integrations. You own it all.

Who does the work?+

I do. The build, the integrations, the content systems. Not a team of juniors, not a rotating pool of subcontractors. For design, I collaborate with Great Jones on projects that call for it. A named partnership, same on every project. The person who did your Assessment is the person writing the code.

Can you build websites too?+

Yes. Many Build engagements include a Website as part of a larger system. Website, AI Content Workflow, and operational automation together. I've been building websites for over a decade.

Start your own build.

Every Build starts with The Assessment. That's where we figure out what to build, how long it takes, and what it costs. No guessing.
