Start the Partnership
Why Ongoing
[PN.02]

Maintenance keeps the lights on. Growth finds the next opportunity.

You spent weeks building a custom system. Then what?

Models update. Your business shifts. A new competitor shows up with a tool you didn't know existed. That feature that worked perfectly in March needs adjusting by June. The Partnership keeps everything running. And improving.

This is the difference between maintenance mode and growth mode. Maintenance keeps the lights on. Growth finds the next opportunity. The Partnership handles both.

I'm not a vendor you call when something breaks. I'm an AI partner who already knows your business, your tools, and your goals. Because I'm the one who built them.

In Practice
[PN.03]

Awae Retreats.

Awae Retreats is the clearest example of how a Partnership grows. We started with a Build. A website, designed with Great Jones, built in Webflow. Then it became a Partnership. AI training so Arin could actually use the tools. Social content that kept the brand voice consistent without becoming a second full-time job. Content creation training so her team could produce in her voice without starting from scratch every time.

Every piece added when the business actually needed it. Not because a package said so.

A Build that grew into a Partnership.

Three Tiers
[PN.04]

Pick the cadence your business needs.

3-month minimum. 30-day written notice after that. Scale up or down with 30-day notice as things change. Here’s how the tiers differ and why.

$500/mo

Who it’s for

You finished a Build and want someone keeping an eye on it.

What you get

  • · Monthly 30-minute call
  • · 3 hours implementation time
  • · Email support
  • · AI system monitoring
  • · AI and tool training (for you)

Why it costs what it costs

Base cadence. One person, monthly rhythm, enough implementation hours to keep things running.

Most common

$1,500/mo

Who it’s for

Your business moves fast and your AI tools need to keep up.

What you get

  • · Bi-weekly 30-minute calls
  • · 8 hours implementation time
  • · Priority support
  • · Monthly performance report
  • · Training for you and one team member

Why it costs what it costs

More than twice the implementation hours. Bi-weekly calls so nothing drifts for long. Training for a second person. Priority when things need attention.

$3,000/mo

Who it’s for

You want an ongoing AI strategist and engineer on call.

What you get

  • · Weekly calls
  • · 15 hours implementation time
  • · Priority support
  • · Monthly reporting and strategy
  • · Full team training

Why it costs what it costs

Weekly cadence. Nearly triple the implementation hours. Full team training. Essentially a fractional AI hire without the full-time salary.

Terms
[PN.05]

Transparency isn't a feature. It's how I operate.

3-month minimum. 30-day written notice after the minimum period. Cancellation during the minimum. Remaining months billed at 50%.

I'm upfront about this because I'd rather you know the terms than discover them later.

What's Included
[PN.06]

What Partnership covers.

Every tier includes the same foundation. Higher tiers add hours, frequency, and team scope.

Regular strategy calls

Monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly depending on tier. A steady cadence so nothing drifts.

Implementation hours

Hands on the keyboard. New automations, content system updates, workflow improvements, troubleshooting, integrations.

AI system monitoring

I watch the tools I built. Models update. Tools change. I keep everything working as the landscape shifts.

AI and tool training

You and your team actually use the tools. No shelfware. Training scales with your tier.

Quarterly strategy review

Every quarter, a 60-minute session that produces an updated plan. What's working, what's changed, what's next.

Priority support

Small Biz and Growth tiers get first in line when something needs attention. No ticket queues.

Quarterly Review
[PN.07]

Every quarter. A 60-minute session that produces an updated plan.

We step back and look at the bigger picture. What's working, what's changed in your business, what's changed in AI, and what's next.

This is what keeps the Partnership valuable past the first three months. New models. New tools. New opportunities your business didn't have last quarter. The review finds them.

Most clients don't cancel after the minimum. Not because they're locked in. Because the quarterly review keeps finding new value.

Process
[PN.08]

How the ongoing relationship runs.
01

Kickoff

We set the cadence. Calendar holds for calls. Shared doc for the running plan. If you're coming from a Build, I already know your business. If you're starting fresh, the first few calls double as discovery — we move from understanding to action inside the first month.

02

Regular cadence

Calls happen on schedule. Implementation hours get used on the highest-leverage work. Between calls, email and priority support keep things moving.

03

Quarterly review

Every three months we step back. A 60-minute strategy session produces an updated plan. New models. New tools. New opportunities.

04

Evolve

The Partnership adapts as your business does. Scale tiers up or down with 30-day notice. Add scope when something new shows up.

Who It's For
[PN.09]

Three kinds of clients.

“I just finished a Build and want someone to keep it running.”

You've got working tools and you want them maintained, monitored, and updated as things change. You don't want to become the IT department.

“My business changes fast and I need AI that keeps up.”

Seasonal shifts, new services, new staff, new locations. Your AI tools need to adapt as fast as you do.

“I want an ongoing AI partner, not a vendor I call when something breaks.”

You want strategy and implementation on a regular cadence. Essentially a fractional AI hire. Without the full-time salary.

Here's the math. You spent $12,000 building a custom system. $1,500 a month keeps it working, improving, and finding new opportunities. That's less than a part-time hire with half the expertise.

FAQ
[PN.10]

Common questions.
Do I need to do an Assessment or a Build first?+

No. The Partnership is a standalone path. You can start directly without an Assessment or a Build. Some clients come from a Build and want someone to keep their tools running. Others start fresh with the Partnership because they want an ongoing AI partner from day one. Both are fine. A 15-minute intro call is usually enough to figure out whether we're a good fit.

What happens if I need to cancel?+

30-day written notice after the 3-month minimum. If you cancel during the minimum, remaining months are billed at 50%. I'm upfront about this. No fine print, no surprises.

Can I change tiers?+

Yes. Scale up or down with 30-day notice. Your business changes. The Partnership adapts.

What counts as implementation hours?+

Anything I build for you: new automations, content system updates, workflow improvements, troubleshooting, new tool integrations. If it requires my hands on the keyboard, it counts.

Is this like a fractional AI hire?+

Essentially, yes. You get an AI strategist and engineer on call without hiring a full-time person. If you came from a Build, I already know your business, your tools, and your goals — no ramp-up. If you're starting fresh, discovery happens in the first month of the Partnership and we move from there.

Ready to partner?

The Partnership is a standalone path. No Assessment required. If you know you want ongoing AI support, we can start directly. If you're not sure whether it's the right fit, a 15-minute call will tell us both.
